Previously a consultant for Accenture working on business process improvement projects utilizing technology in a variety of industries, she has specialized in creating business innovation through the evaluation and improvement of business processes, tools and human resources.
While the Director of Consulting Services at Prosum Technology Consulting Group Tara lead a team of over 60 consultants and managed annual revenue exceeding $7 million. Tara has assisted large corporations in their change implementations, including AMF, FileNET Corporation, GM, IMC2, JD Powers, Merit, Sprint PCS, and WinFire DSL. She is also equally adapt to consulting in small entrepreneurial companies from training to CRM implementations. Ms. Leighton is PMP certified, has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and has studied at the International Business Strategy at Groupe ESC Lyon in France.
